how to get a copy of my parents will in trinidad and tobago

If the Will was probated or is being probated anyone can obtain a copy of the entire file including the Will, the application and the inventory.

Walk with a copy of the death certificate(s) and obtain the application number. Use the application number to request the file and the necessary copies.
