Presuming you are in Delhi You may file a suit for partition in the High court if your share exceeds 20 lacs and if it is less then before the district court having jurisdiction over the area where the property is situated. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]

Dear client

As you are at Delhi therefore, you can file a case of partition of property by metes and bounds in equal proportion. The issue of jurisdiction can be taken care of at the time of filing of the Civil suit for partition of property along with injunction to restrain the occupants from alienating the possession of the property.

For further assistance you may contact me on 08750228171.

Thanks & Regards
