Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nigeria

My dad left everything he had 2 my sister & I in his will but left the handing over of the property 2 the discretion of the executors. I'll like 2 knw if the discretion of the executors can be challenged cos an 36 & my sister is 34

Dear Sir / Madam,

The role of an executor named by the Testator (Maker) of the Will is only to action the process of transferring the title of the Testator's estate in the name of the beneficiary named in the Will. If the executors fail to initiate action, the beneficiaries are legally entitled to override the executors, keep them aside and action the transfer of title process themselves by filing for a Probate on the Will in the Court.
