Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in

dear sir,

i am stating my question as follows:-

My close relative have made a will framing as per his requirement by taking parents signature on plain paper,drafting as per his wish,depriving rights of younger brother, showing sisters are happy in their family.

Can it be possible to prove this will is illeagle.If it is so, what are the ways.Pl guide us

if you have witness that will was prepared by first signing on the plain paper and then drafting was done on it then you have successfully challenged it.
