Dear Sir,
If one person submit a caveat in court. other party will go to court for put up a case? what is the procedure kindly give reply.

caveat is filed for giving an advance notice to the person who files the caveat. for procedure, you may retain a lawyer.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A caveat is a warning or provisional process to the Court to suspend proceedings. So if the person files a caveat, it is the decision of the Judge hearing the matter whether to accede to the request of the person filing the caveat to stop further proceedings, or to give the opponent a final opportunity to file their reply in Court.
