Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
can a divorcee of 65yrs who has no children and who is a retired government employee give his property to a adopted son.,when he is having 8 sisters, and 3 brothers children.brothers died in aircrash.now the ancestral property ready to be given to an adopted son. is it fair. Are the sisters and brothers children not eligible for the property?

If said property is self earned ( not ancestral ) the he can do as per his choice.
