Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Hello experts;
I jointly own a property with my wife in Thane, India; myself being the first owner. We want to give this property to 1 of our sons after us. Are there any specific considerations for the will because of the joint ownership? Do we need to mention ownership %age in the will?
Me & my wife intend to create separate wills.

In the Will specify the respective percentage. Though separate Will makes no sense in this case.
