Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father is having an anscestoral property. He along with 2 of his brothers & 1 sister are legal heirs for the property. Both 2 brothers & sister expired. They have their children who are having the rights now. His sister's children are not in good terms & they are fighting each other. They dont want this property to be shared among them. Due to which we are not able to take any action. please advice what can be done in this regard
