One must take responsibility for his/her action. A deed can be set aside if it was obtained by fraud or the person lacked the capacity to make the decision at the time of executing the deed. Was the deed a deed of conveyance or a deed of gift? Did you keep a life interest? I need to peruse the deed to know what is contained in the deed.

Other questions Was the deed done at a lawyer's office? Were you under the influence at the time of signing the deed? Did the lawyer advise you of the nature of the deed and the effects of you signing the deed?
