Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father died and he made 100% nomination in Cooperative Housing Society to me even Registered Will. My legal heir one brother & 3 sister objection is only on room which my father nominated me, I stay with my Mother, wife & young 5yrs daughter, but my society secretary they appointed High Court Advocate who she is given legal notice to me to produce succession certificate & Probate. If I have registered will & 100% nomination then do i need succession certificate & probate?

the registered will is being disputed by your brother and sister albeit one room it would be better to get a probate done.
