My father died 2 months ago will the house to my brother and leaving a lot of land to his wife while probating the will the stepmother's children moved in the house to live knowing it was not will to them what measures can be taken in trinidad and tobago

Dear Sir, Your brother must get himself involved in the defence of his property. The information provided in inadequate to provide an opinion. If your stepmother has a life interest in the property then she is entitled to have anyone she chooses to reside in the property. Your brother should consult an Attorney-at-Law and provide copies of all the documents so that he can be properly advised.
