Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father died 1 year ago without making any will. I am staying in a flat bought jointly with my father on load, paid entirely by me till date, but the property was registered, (no mutation done), in my father's name, in order to get reduced registration cost. I have 2 sisters and my mother and they do not have any issues to get it transferred in my name. What is the procedure to transfer it to my name?
