My father gave me property in Trinidad through a gift of deed. Now he wants it back!

The deed was gifted "out of natural love and affection and other considerations" Can he revoke this will?

There is a legal answer NO unless the deed contains a revocation clause.

The moral issue is you did not pay for this property consider your father's wishes.
