Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My father gifted me and my sister (by his will) the right to construct homes above his house. I built a flat on the property in 1985. My sister is building her flat now. She has had to break my servant's room and bathroom on the terrace in the process. Now to build a common room for servants and a bathroom do I have to contribute? She had to break my construction to build her flat and now wants me to share the cost of building the common servant's quarters. I do not have a problem sharing the costs but want to know if it is legally correct of her to expect me to do so. Please help with an answer. Thanks.
