Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my father left a will written in 1992 it is registered and signed by two witnesses as he passed away
last month is it valid can it be challenged by my other siblings or their children please guide

A Will to be put into effect has to be backed by a Probate from the Court to be obtained by the executor named in the Will. The Court issues summons to all the legal heirs to give their statement in court prior to issue of the Probate. Issues or doubts in the Will can be raised in Court.
