Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father purchased a house in the name of his mother ( my grandmother). Now my father is old enough to earn and I am earning for my family. My uncle is not vacating that house. Then please suggest how can my Father get back his house. We are all living in the same house. Will a will work or something else. Please suggest.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your grandmother will have to be coaxed to register a Gift Deed in the name of your father, for your father to own the title of the house back in his name. A Will if made by your grandmother in your father's name, will take effect only after your grandmother, and your uncle can contest the Will thereafter.
