Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My Father is staying in the house from birth and now is age is 68 yrs. he had repaired the room and has all the legal papers in his name he as two sons and three daughters (married) elder son is not looking after my father and has shifted to his own property I am taking care of my parents and they have decided to make a will in my name kindly advice what type of legal papers should we made so that the same cannot be challenged in future
