Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My father has written his will about house that, after his death the house will be for me (son), can anybody else can claim and can I transfer the house on my name.

Dear Sir,
A Will comes into effect only after the demise of the maker of the Will.

No body can claim as long as your father is alive - not even you.
Any body can challenge the Will and claim, but he/she can successfully challenge it or not can be told only once grounds for challenge is known.
If the Will is executed properly, and the property is self acquired the challenge is not likely to be successful.
