Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Can file a case claiming my share on the property of my uncle? He was unmarried and expired in June 2013. His niece (NRI) has got the property in her name at the time of his illness, ignoring the other brothers and sisters. I am also one of brother's daughter. Can his other brother's son and daughters file claim on the propety?

First of all, confirm whether he has left a Will, gift or like that because in the absence of that niece can't register the property in her name.
