Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nigeria
Good day, I lost my dad about two years ago, till date we have no evidence of a will, could a will be existing, what do u advice?

If there is no evidence of a will, you should go ahead and apply for a letter of administration to administer your late father's estate.
