Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago
Hi good day,
The executor on my deceased parents will is no where to be found. I am living on the land for more than 20 years and i would like to claim the land. however, i would like to know what can i do on my own rather than probating it.

When did your parents died?
Did they live with you in the house?
Who is to get the house/land in the Will?
What attempts were made to contact the executor?
Do you have a copy of the will?
Were you living in the house with permission of the owners of the house?
these bits of information is need to give a legal opinion.
