my grandmother written the property to my father but this is don't know to aunt(father's sister) at present my grandma died
so the property will belongs to my aunt also or only to my father. plz say the answer sir

The property of your Grandmother is her absolute property and she can bequeath or sell the property to any person. But it is important to know was the property written. Do you mean a WILL was executed, or a Gift Deed was signed or a Sale was effected.
In any case, the Aunty Will not have any right in the property. It only belong to your Father.
