Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my husband bought a house in my name and also made investments in shares in my name.. i do not have any source of income.. my husband died two years back and now i am living alone. i have two sons but i do not want to give anything to my elder son as we share very strained relationship. i want to make sure that my younger son gets all the property. what shall i do. i have another concern that my elder son once took my signature over a blank paper and i fear he may forge a will.

Dear Madam,
Since the property is in your name, your elder son cannot do anything to get anything. Your son cannot forge a Will on the blank paper.
