My husband and I were joint owners of a property. He is now deceased and I am the administrator of his estate. , We have three children. Is the property to be shared among the children and can it be transferred to one of the siblings through a deed of Assent/

Is the property held in joint tenancy or tenants in common?

If the property is in joint tenancy then upon your husband's death the property became vested in you as the survivor.

If the property was held in tenants in common, when your husband died only his undivided one half share had to be administered,

In the absence of a Will only the surviving spouse and children of the deceased are entitled to his estate,
