I have no living dependents but I do have one brother. If my will allocates all my estate to charities both here and overseas does my brother have any claim on my estate?

Dear Sir / Madam,

No, your brother will not be legally entitled to claim on your estate, if your property is specifically denounced to charities in your Will.
