A beneficiary under the will can also be appointed as its executor. You may make any person as Executor of Will, there is no bar or restriction as such in case of appointment of executor.

Do you believe that your husband or son will object to the Will or to the appointment of daugher and son-in-law as executors, if yes, then you can take legal precautions so that after you the Will is not unnecessary attacked or its execution may not become ineffective.
