Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pakistan

My mother is interested in making a simple will to entrust one of her children as caretaker of her assets and to distribute them later on. Is it possible to make such will? How long does it take to make such will?what is required (information/docs) to make such will? Please reply w.r.t Karachi. Thanks in advance.
