Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in

my mother had made a will witnessed by a dr. & notarised by a lawer, in this will mother had distributed her assets equally amongst we , three brothers . mother died in may 2005. now one of my brother had produced a hand written WILL witnessed by his three friends claiming a building in a village in rajasthan . things seems to be fissy .pl. advise. what we can do to save the interest of we two brothers?

the will may be fissy. obtain the copy of will and check handwriting and signature of testator (your mother) preferably thru handwriting expert. Also let me Know that property in Rajasthan was your mother's self acquired or ancestor's property.
