Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

my mother purchased a property and she died without any will . me and my brothers and sisters sign (R) DEED (registered) in our father favour.

1.Can the father gift the property to any one of the kid and not to others ,

2.does he has the right to gift as the property came from our mother.

Dear Sir / Madam,

1. Yes, your father being the title owner of the property can gift the property to anyone whom he so wishes do.
