Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

Hi just needed proper advice on a dispute over house, land and power of attorney. My husband have been living on 2 and a half acres of land which has the house that we live in now and a bar that is situated to the front of the house, my husband is 34yrs being the length of time he has lived there. Now his mom, aunt and uncle places one of his uncles as power of attorney for the bar to the front of the house. Now the land was never purchased and being the one on the land for so long my husband decided to purchase this land. In a case like this can we purchase the land that the bar is on also? The bar is not functioning and the uncle has no money to pay for the land but to him since he's power of attorney he believes that he owns everything that is on the land, mind you the house we live in was his grandfather's house that he left for my husband. We have already started paying for the land, just need to know our rights. Thank you!
