Dear Sir / Madam,
The legal heirs consisting of father & mother, brother & sister, husband or wife and the children of the deceased become the next of kin. The transfer of title of the deceased's belongings to the next of kin, depend on the documentary evidence filed by him and available with the entity in whose custody the belongings are with.
Regards,
