Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
if a person prepared WILL of his owned property and get it registered in favour of his spouse and son. Is this WILL by challenged by her daughters ? if yes, on what basis ? what will be the solution ?

If challenged and will authenticity is prooved no remedy available to daughter.

If the property is self aquired one the dougter cannot succeed .
