Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in
I am plot owner, can i ask developer to develope my property and give me entire top floor, terrace and one stilt parking. Will it be legal? If he give custody of flat as well as terrace to me. Can tommorow other flat owners object it. If i wish to sell the custody of terrace to other flat owner can i just sell it? Please advise

yes, for that the property needs to be built according to municipal laws and a separate registry of all floors to be done.
