hi i am in need of probate for which i have a registered and certified will made by my father. what is the procedure and length of time required qnd when my presence is required

Dear Sir / Madam,

You may contact the concerned Court clerk in whose jurisdiction the matter lies and ask him of the procedure and the time frame for obtaining the Probate. The normal time for obtaining the Probate is three months from the date of filing the claim.
