Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

a probate of a will was made to the court and was withdrawn a few months later and now a new application is being made from a different applicant and this will is still showing in th ecourt , how do you revoke this will and continune ?

Only the Last Will and Testament of the testator can be probated. If an earlier will was being probated and the Last Will was revealed than the initial application must be withdrawn to allow for the probate of the LAST WILL.

Although withdrawn the records will still be there. The Attorney probating the last Will will address that issue
