Hi,

If the value of the estate is up to $ 4,800.00 then take all your documents to the probate section and the probate will be done by officers at the section. There is no need to employ an Attorney-at-Law. If however the value of the estate exceeds $ 4,800,00 the application has to be done by an Attorney-at-Law.

The process starts with a search for any application for the estate of the deceased.

An application for probate by the will accompanied by an affidavit of one of the witnesses and the probate will fees based on the value of the inventory.
