What is the process of resolving ancestral property in Goa the fastest way where all parties are in agreement. My parents died intestate. There were seven children and three have died. First child survived by widow & 3 children. Second child, unmarried and no children. Third child died, unmarried and no children. Fourth child living, with spouse and 3 children. Fifth child living with spouse and 1 child. Sixth child living with spouse and 2 children. Seventh child died, unmarried and no children.
