hi, we have property under my grandmother name she died few years back, my grandfather is still alive and having 2 son and 1 married daughter. 1 son passed away and he was not married and the elder son is still alive, and now the daughter wants her right in my grandad bank account and property which is in my grandmothers name. Is she having any right in bank account and property?

And i am his grand son will i be having any rights in property and bank?
