Property is on my mother's name . She has died Intestate. my father has sold it by forging her will and got the Sale Deed for 49 Lacs in favour of third party from Sub Registrar office at Delhi. Original papers are with me . How to cancel this Illegal Sale Deed ? How much Court Fees is required ?

The act of your father is illegal. You are also legal heir along with your father and other child of your parents, if any. You may file declaratory suit seeking the WILL as illegal and void and also that you are the legal heir of your mother and to declare the sale as made by your father illegal and void.
