Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Please provide me with the format of the NOC we need to obtain from the landlord ?
We are an NGO and for registration under society registration act purpose we need an address proof. For that we need an NOC from landlord.
Kindly suggest further.

You should request your landlord to issue you the NOC for his premises leased out to you.
