I purchased a 225 sq.ft 1RK in housing society in parel village. The building is redeveloped on a leased B.M.C. plot. I applied to B.M.C. for transfer of tenancy of the room.In reply, B.M.C. told me to pay Lessor's intrest ( Rs.1,00,000/- ), Transfer fee
(Rs. 10,000/- ) , other dues and N.O.C. leter of the co-operative housing society. I applied for N.O.C. to housing society's secretery. In reply ,secretery gave me a copy of general body meetings"s minutes, in which the society members has made Bye laws for transfer of rooms & accordingly transfer fee ( Rs. 25,000 ) + donation of2.5% of the market purchase value from both parties i.e.seller & buyer. After paying said payments to society, N.O.C. will be isued.Kindly advise me legal ways.

transfer fees are required to be paid by buyer or seller to the society.
