Is a registered will still legal if another will with a more recent date is produced?

The short answer is no ( not valid) it it revoked. In some cases if the LAST will is incomplete then both wills can be read together to reflect the true intention of the testator if there is no residue clause and the two wills deals with different properties.
The general rule is no but there can be exceptions.
