Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Myself Richa,my father and grandfather is no more.We are family of three female,me,my mother and younger sister.Our parental relations are torturing us and creating domestic violence.They even try to over take the property of my father by illegal means and try to create violence with my family.What best law can do in our favour.My uncle took loan on property belong to us by dishonest means thru private bank which is not lending ears to our highlightment because of its hidden interest.What to do in all worsen situations.

Dear Richa,

You should lodge a complaint against the erring bank for giving a loan to your Uncle on the property belonging to you, without your explicit consent. You should initiate action to transfer the property from your father's name to be in the name of your mother in the record of the Tensildar / District Registrar. You can also lodge an FIR in the local Police station against those who are mentally harassing your family.
