Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

regarding my rights in maternal grandpa's self acquired property: my maternal grandmother expired in 1941.she had one child(daugher,my mother)who expired in 1964.after grandma's death in1941,grandpa remarried.he had 3 daughters and 1 son from second wife(my stepnani).grandpa expired in 1954 intestate.his legal heirs were his second wife,4children from second wife and 1 daughter from first wife.all children were minors at time of his death in 1954.society transferred share certificate to my stepnani in 1954 inspite of absence of will and nomination.my stepnani also expired in 2013.she has made a will in favour of her children for entire grandpa's property.she also made a society nomination in favour of her youngest daughter.society has transferred share cert. to daughter's name.the property is under redevelopment.i am not given anything,either money or any share in the ongoing redevelopment bldg.plz advise me if i have legal rights to claim share in the property.what must i do to claim my rights and how?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Property of a man having more than one wife is sold after his demise, and the proceeds are equally divided amongst the two wives and their legal heirs.
