What is the scale of fees charged by attorneys for probating a will?

The fee structure is set by the Will and Probate Act Ch. 9:03 of the revised laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Visit the Ministry of Legal Affairs website to the Revised Laws of Trinidad and Tobago and the Wills and Probate Act, Part 111. This fee structure is also found in the Legal Profession Act
