Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

Can all three siblings apply for the same letters of administration since there's no will made of my deceased father and mother. My dad died 11:11:11 and mom 24:04:13.

Yes, up to four persons can be applicants for the same grant

WILLS AND PROBATE act ch 9:03

16. (1) Probate or administration shall not be granted to more than four persons in respect of the same estate.
