Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Sir, my father are two brothers and are leaving in separate houses bothe of the houses is on the name of my grandmother who expired in 2001. There is a will in which it is Mentiond that both brothers have right in both of the property .no equal distribution has been done and know they want to take the house in which they are living without any division because the property value of that house is more then the one in which we are living . we want 50-50 distribution of the property . so please tell me that what are the laws for division of the property of this kind on what bases can we divide the property.
