Sir, meri grandmother ne do (two) marraige kiya tha, dono grandfather ka death mere dad ke bachpan me ho gaya.first marraige se ek beti hui jiski sadi 40 saal pahle ho gayi, aur dusre marraige se ek ladka hua, ladke ki ek wife aur 3 ladke aur ek beti hui, ab sawal ye hai ki mere grand father ki koi property nahi thi. Mere dad ne apne paise se 4 property kharida, un 4 property me se 2 property apni maa yani mere grandmother ke naam register karwa diya. Ab meri grandmother jo humare pass hi rahti hai wo hume dhamki deti hai ki jo property mere dad ne grandmother ke naam register kiya hai wo sirf apni beti ko degi. Aise me humare pass kya legal chances hai? Please reply.
