Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hello sir,

"I have 1bhk flat with 100% nomination in my name after my mothers death. I have one runaway married sister with abusive husband. Both my parents are dead & my father had nominated mother as only nominee after his death. Does my sister have any share in property. Also after her death does her husband any right to claim for property?"

What I can do so I shall be on the safer side. Please note that my father did not wanted to sell the property after his death.

The nominated person is not a full owner of the property ,he can hold the right till the sucessor come in picture.As far your que. your sister has 50% right,she can discharge her her right in your favour so that her husband cannot claim after her.
