what is a succession certificate. do i have to get succession certifiate for each property or one succession certificate is sufficient for all properties. please tell me the process to obtain succession certificate for mumbai juridication

one certificate for all the properties is good. Please check with a local lawyer. It requires issuance of citation in the newspaper, inviting objections, if any from the near relatives and then the succession certificate is granted on payment of courtfee.
